At TFT, our return structure is designed to support confident purchasing while maintaining responsible global logistics. As a welcome to TFT, the £10 handling fee is waived for all first-time refund requests. We want you to find your perfect fit with confidence.

1. Returns Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be shipped to our UK return address. Our UK return address will be provided upon return approval.

We kindly remind you that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Refunds (Cash Back)

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must meet the condition requirements outlined below.

Approved refunds are calculated as the original order value, less a £10 (or €10) refund handling deduction. This amount reflects the international dispatch cost already incurred at shipment.

3. Exchanges (Size Changes Only)

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

For all customers:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping to our UK address.
  • Once received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement item at no additional outbound charge.
  • Please note that complimentary replacement dispatch is limited to one exchange per order.

This structure allows us to support fit adjustments while maintaining fair and sustainable international shipping practices.

4. Store Credit

Store credit may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit:

  • Is issued at full order value.
  • Does not incur the £10 outbound shipping deduction.

Store credit does not expire.

5. Set & Bundle Orders

If part of a set is returned, refunds are recalculated based on the individual list price of the item retained.

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.

The £10 outbound shipping deduction applies to cash refunds only.

6. Condition of Return

To ensure every TFT woman receives a pristine piece, returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact
  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or damage

Items not meeting these standards may be declined and returned.

7. Sizing & Colour Guidance

We understand that purchasing activewear online requires trust.

If you are unsure about sizing or colour selection, we encourage reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Please note, as an independent brand producing in considered quantities, response times may vary during peak periods.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

Confirmed faults will be resolved at no cost to you.
