Where are TFT products designed and made?

All TFT collections are designed in England and responsibly made in China. We work with carefully selected manufacturing partners who specialise in premium activewear. Each production run undergoes strict quality control, including fabric inspection, garment testing, and final checks before dispatch.

How do you select your garments?

Each style is selected or developed based on fabric performance, fit
consistency, durability, and suitability for everyday wear. We prioritise
refined construction, responsible materials, and long-term wearability over
trend-driven design.

Sustainability& Materials

Do you use recycled materials?

Yes. Certain TFT collections are made using certified recycled or regenerated
fibres, including recycled nylon and recycled polyester. Where recycled
materials are used, this is clearly stated on the product page.

What does 'recycled' mean?

Recycled fibres are produced from pre-consumer or post-consumer waste and
reprocessed into new yarns. Percentages and fibre composition are disclosed in accordance with UK and EU textile labelling regulations.

How is this shown legally?

All garments include legally compliant care labels specifying fibre composition
by percentage, country of origin, and care instructions, in line with UK and EU
consumer regulations.

Orders& Payments

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, processing begins promptly. If you need to make a
change, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed
once processing has started.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at
checkout. All payments are securely processed through trusted providers.

Is my payment information secure?


Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed via PCI-compliant payment
systems. TFT does not store card details.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free UK and EU standard shipping is available on orders over £50 / €50.
Shipping fees for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be
subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the
customer.

Unfortunately we currently do not ship to the US. However, we are working as hard as we can to launch in the States.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns& Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns may be requested within up to 30 days of delivery. Refunds must be requested within 14 days to be eligible for return to the original payment method.

Later returns are eligible for store credit or exchange subject to stock.

Do you offer free exchanges?

Yes. One complimentary UK size exchange is offered per order, subject to stock availability.

We kindly request that the customer is responsible for return shipping to our UK address.

Are there any return fees?

Approved refunds include a £10 / €10 handling fee deducted from the refund
amount.

Refund via store credit or exchanges are free of charge. Store credit does not expire.

What items are not eligible for return?

Final sale items, items discounted by 50% or more, gift cards, and items not in
original condition are not eligible.

Products, Fit & Care

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes,
we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your products squat-proof?

Our products are designed for comfort, support, and everyday movement. Opacity may vary depending on colour, size, and fit. Within the intended size range and correct fit, our garments are designed to provide reliable coverage.

How should I care for my items?

Cold wash, wash with similar colours, do not tumble dry, do not bleach or iron.
Full care instructions are provided on the garment label.
